SHIATSU STUDENT PRACTITIONER

I am currently studying the second of three years necessary to become a shiatsu practitioner.

 

 

 

WHAT IS SHIATSU?

Shiatsu means in Japanese "finger pressure" and is a bodywork therapy that arises from the same ancient oriental principles as acupuncture. In shiatsu, the practitioner on the receiver's body in order to stimulate the flow of energy and promote good health. You can find out more about shiatsu here

WHY SHIATSU?

Life can get quite hectic and stressful sometimes and this can affect our body, mind and spirit. Shiatsu bodywork can be a good way to help you deal with certain conditions, to calm your mind, relax and be in the here and now.

 

HOW MUCH?
